NatWest Group is looking for real customers from across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland to take part in an upcoming paid campaign.
We’re searching for people with genuine stories about important moments in their lives, whether that’s buying a first home, growing a business, supporting a family, saving for the future, overcoming challenges, or achieving a personal goal.
We want to hear from customers who have experienced meaningful support from NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank, and who can share authentic stories about the difference that support/product has made.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for extraordinary, distinctive and memorable stories from real customers.
Perhaps your relationship with NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank helped you take an important next step, achieve a long-held ambition, navigate a challenge, grow your business, support your family, or reach a significant milestone.
We’re particularly interested in stories where the support, products or services provided by the bank played a meaningful role in helping you move forward.
We want to hear authentic experiences that demonstrate determination, ambition, resilience, community impact or personal achievement.
We are keen to hear from people from all walks of life, including customers who are making a positive difference through their work, businesses, passions or contributions to their communities.
Most importantly, we’re looking for genuine people with genuine stories
If selected, you will be paid for your participation.

We’re interested in hearing real stories about how your bank has supported you or made a positive difference in your life.
